About Ash Iovino

What began as a passion for sharing exercise and wellness with other women 10 years ago, has grown into something truly incredible
My journey in fitness began with a love for endurance running, tackling marathons and ultra-marathons. Over time, that passion evolved into HIIT and strength training. I became a SWEAT1000 and Barre Body Instructor, and since then, I've dedicated my weekdays to helping others through group classes and one-on-one training. Every moment of this journey has been fueled by my desire to help women become stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.
My decision to specialise in pre & postnatal fitness came from a deeply personal place. I truly understand how overwhelming it can be for women to navigate exercise during pregnancy and the challenges of rebuilding strength post-pregnancy.
